Delivery process

• After our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in great condition.

• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

• Customers can check the product in front of the delivery man. If Customer can’t be sure with the product or claims any default, the client can return it to the delivery man by paying the delivery charge. 

How are products packaged?
We package our products in Shopping bags or in cardboard boxes with your invoice wrapped along with it. Each individual product is carefully packaged while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with bubble wrap.

What are the delivery charges?
Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT
Order Above 3000 BDT delivery charge will be “free”

What is the expected delivery date?
Inside Dhaka: 1-2 days
Outside Dhaka: 2-4 days

However, delivery may be delayed due to political, environmental, transportation, or other unavoidable challenges, in which case our customer Service  team will notify you.
